整體結(jié)構(gòu)：風(fēng)機(jī)主要由葉輪、機(jī)殼、進(jìn)風(fēng)口、調(diào)節(jié)門及傳動(dòng)部分組成。

葉輪：由12片后傾機(jī)翼斜切的葉片，焊接于錐弧形的前盤與平板形的后盤中間。由于采用了機(jī)翼形葉片，保證了風(fēng)機(jī)高效率.低噪聲、高強(qiáng)度。葉輪經(jīng)靜、共平衡校正，故運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。同一機(jī)號(hào)的通、引風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪結(jié)構(gòu)相同。
Impeller: it consists of 12 blades obliquely cut by backward inclined wing, which are welded between the conical arc front disc and the flat plate rear disc. Due to the use of wing blades, the fan has high efficiency, low noise and high strength. The impeller is adjusted by static and common balance, so it runs smoothly. The impellers of ventilation and induced draft fans with the same unit number have the same structure.
機(jī)殼：采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板焊接而成的蝸形體。單吸入風(fēng)機(jī)的機(jī)殼做成三種不同形式。
Casing: volute body welded with high-quality steel plate. The casing of single suction fan is made into three different forms.
進(jìn)風(fēng)口：收斂、流線形的進(jìn)風(fēng)口制成整體結(jié)構(gòu)，用螺栓固定在風(fēng)機(jī)入口側(cè)。
Air inlet: the convergent and streamlined air inlet is made into an integral structure and fixed on the inlet side of the fan with bolts.
用途：適用于火力發(fā)電廠中670t/h以下蒸汽鍋爐的通、引風(fēng)機(jī)系統(tǒng)。
Purpose: it is applicable to the ventilation and induced draft fan system of steam boiler below 670t / h in thermal power plant.
適用環(huán)境：通風(fēng)機(jī)輸送的介質(zhì)為空氣，溫度不得超過80℃，引風(fēng)機(jī)輸送的介質(zhì)為煙氣，溫度不得超過250℃。在引風(fēng)機(jī)前必須加裝除塵裝置，以盡可能減少進(jìn)入風(fēng)機(jī)中煙氣的含塵量。根據(jù)一般電廠使用情況除塵效率不得低于85%。
Applicable environment: the medium conveyed by the fan is air, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃,the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ℃. A dust removal device must be installed in front of the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan as much as possible. According to the use of general power plants, the dust removal efficiency shall not be less than 85%.
