1、金能WNS系列燃油(燃氣)蒸汽鍋爐，吸納歐洲“勞氏”與“菲斯曼”臥式濕背三回程火管鍋爐優(yōu)點的同時，大膽創(chuàng)新而開發(fā)的一種高效、型產(chǎn)品。
2、爐體結(jié)構(gòu)為臥式濕背三回程火管式，波形爐膽，爐膛下置，前后火箱設(shè)置可開啟的煙箱門。對稱布置的傳熱管為螺紋管與光管組合，超大傳熱面積使鍋爐熱效率達到90%以上。的汽水分離器使蒸汽品質(zhì)得到較好的保證（蒸汽干度達到97%以上）。
3、水位控制系統(tǒng)采用電極式水位控制，設(shè)置高、中、低、極低水位保護?？刂朴卸鄬影踩?lián)鎖保護裝置，如：蒸汽壓力保護、溫度過高保護、燃燒器熄火保護、安全閥保護、密碼保護、防爆門保護等，使鍋爐的安全運行始終處于受控狀態(tài)。
4、鍋爐為整機出廠，選配性能可靠的一次性儀表閥門，燃燒器和給水泵采用進口優(yōu)質(zhì)品牌，確保鍋爐的每個環(huán)節(jié)都是可靠的。按照設(shè)計規(guī)范設(shè)置有爐膛檢查門、頭孔、手孔、觀火孔、防爆門和前后可開啟的煙箱門，方便維護和清理。
