隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展，使得機(jī)器人在碼垛、涂膠、點(diǎn)焊、弧焊、噴涂、搬運(yùn)、測(cè)量等行業(yè)有著相當(dāng)廣泛的應(yīng)用。

There are many reasons, including the type of packaging, factory environment, and customer needs, that turn palletizing into a difficult bone to gnaw on in the packaging factory. In order to overcome these difficulties, various aspects of palletizing equipment are being developed and improved, including from robotic arms to software for manipulating them. The growing demａnd for flexibility in the market has affected multiple aspects of packaging, including the later stages of production lines. Retail customers, especially those influential supermarkets such as Wal Mart, often need to customize some random pallets, but they have to customize each pallet, and the form of pallets is only occasionally repeated. Moreover, efficient production of such random pallets is quite challenging.
碼垛機(jī)器人特點(diǎn)
Characteristics of palletizing robots
1、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、零部件少。因此零部件的故障率低、性能可靠、保養(yǎng)維修簡單、所需庫存零部件少。
1. Simple structure with few components. Therefore, the failure rate of components is low, the performance is reliable, maintenance and repair are simple, and the required inventory of components is small.
2、占地面積少。有利于客戶廠房中生產(chǎn)線的布置，并可留出較大的庫房面積。碼垛機(jī)器人可以設(shè)置在狹窄的空間，即可有效的使用。
2. Small footprint. Beneficial for the layout of the production line in the customer's factory and allowing for a larger warehouse area. The palletizing robot can be set up in narrow spaces for effective use.
3、適用性強(qiáng)。當(dāng)客戶產(chǎn)品的尺寸、體積、形狀及托盤的外形尺寸發(fā)生變化時(shí)只需在觸摸屏上稍做修改即可，不會(huì)影響客戶的正常的生產(chǎn)。而機(jī)械式的碼垛機(jī)更改相當(dāng)?shù)穆闊┥跎鲜菬o法實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
3. Strong applicability. When the size, volume, shape, and external dimensions of the customer's product change, only slight modifications need to be made on the touch screen, which will not affect the customer's normal production. The modification of mechanical palletizing machines is quite troublesome and even impossible to achieve.
4、能耗低。通常機(jī)械式的碼垛機(jī)的功率在26KW左右，而碼垛機(jī)器人的功率為5KW左右。大大降低了客戶的運(yùn)行成本。
