高光蒸汽模溫控制機是采用高光蒸汽，當注塑機合模后吹入高光蒸汽，首先打模具溫度提高到一個設定值，然后開始給模腔注射塑膠，在注塑機完成保壓轉入冷卻后，開始注入冷卻水，模具溫度很快下降到一個設定值后開模，再向模具吹入空氣把冷卻水*吹走，完成整個注塑過程。奧德開發(fā)的高光蒸汽模溫控制機，整機備有高光蒸汽模溫控制機和冷水增壓系統(tǒng)，并增加了熱水和冷卻水回收系統(tǒng)，節(jié)能*，利潤也相當可觀，這是卡塞爾高光過熱水模溫控制機的優(yōu)勢所在。

高光蒸汽輔助成型控制機技術是采用高溫蒸汽，當注塑機合模后注入高溫蒸汽，首先把模具溫度提高到一個設定溫度值，然后開始給模腔注射塑膠，在注塑機完成保壓后迅速注入冷卻水或冷凍水，使之模具在短時間內降到一個設定的溫度值后開模，再向模具吹入空氣把殘余的冷水吹走，完成一個周期的注塑過程，通過這種迅速冷熱方式控制塑料的成型可以完*塑料件的外觀缺陷，大大提高生產效率。
