PBD0090A自動發(fā)動機冷卻液冰點檢測儀是根據(jù)國家石油化工行業(yè)標準SH/T0090-91《發(fā)動機冷卻液冰點測定法》試驗方法設(shè)計、制造的。本儀器適用于測定發(fā)動機冷卻液的冰點。本儀器適用于發(fā)動機冷卻液及其濃縮液。

結(jié)構(gòu)與原理：
發(fā)動機冷卻液自動檢測儀由四部分構(gòu)成，包括浴槽制冷系統(tǒng)、浴槽加熱系統(tǒng)、電機攪拌系統(tǒng)、彩色觸摸屏人機交互系統(tǒng)。儀器浴槽采用酒精作為制冷液，采用壓縮機雙機制冷技術(shù)，浴槽溫度可以達到-80℃，能夠覆蓋所有發(fā)動機冷卻液的冰點。
儀器自帶7寸彩色觸摸屏，屏幕可以實時顯示試樣的溫度曲線，試樣和浴槽中的溫度，用戶可以實時設(shè)置預期冰點，修改儀器時間，自檢系統(tǒng)的各個部分等，可以對試驗結(jié)果進行存儲，采用嵌入式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，用戶可以查看歷史數(shù)據(jù)。
