The machine realizes simplified operation, one-button production, greatly reducing the

· 可實現(xiàn)米種和加工參數(shù)的存貯，更換米種時可直接調(diào)用參數(shù)，做到加工標準的統(tǒng)一；
It can realize the storage of rice types and processing parameters. When replacing rice types,
parameters can be directly called to achieve the unity of processing standards;
· 實時監(jiān)測電流、電壓、米溫及主軸轉(zhuǎn)速，隨時反映加工狀態(tài)；
Timely monitoring of current, wind pressure, rice temperature and spindle speed, Reflecting
the processing state all the time;
· 電流波動和壓力過大時可自動卸壓、避免悶車；
Machine can release pressure automatic to avoid block when current or inner pressure is too
big;
· 自動監(jiān)控米倉狀態(tài)，進料斷料時可自動關(guān)閉生產(chǎn)，米流恢復(fù)后自動開啟生產(chǎn)；

· 本機能夠自動穩(wěn)定設(shè)備內(nèi)部壓力，從而有效降低碎米率；

· 本機可有效地延長篩片、砂輥和軸承的使用壽命。
